Prosper is a free to download and ad-free self-care app with mood tracking, habit tracking, a supportive community, and a large collection of self-care tools and resources. We are thrilled to work with Prosper not only to source the app with safe and healthy self-care and mental health support, but also to pilot a special outreach project where we are training school counselors in rural communities on how to use the app to teach the children in their care better self-care and mental health skills. Prosper is now available to download for free on the App Store and Google Play.
